The Senior Executive (Graduate Programmes) provides administrative support to the self-financing Master of Arts in Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices (MSCP) programme at ADM. Reporting to the two Programme Co-Directors of the Master of Arts in Museum Studies and Curatorial Practices (MSCP) programme, the incumbent’s role entails handling the full spectrum of tasks relating to student admissions and student administration which includes planning, execution and all administrative duties related to the MSCP courses.

**Responsibilities**:
- Planning and executing student recruitment/outreach- Handling matriculation of new students, course registrations- Managing internships placements- Administering dissertation- Handling all matters related to the MSCP courses- Moderate all matters between faculty and students

**Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor degree in any discipline-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and writing skills)-
- Good planning and organisational skills- Able to take initiative, work independently and collaboratively within the team and at the different levels across the University- Able to work independently and as a team player.
