**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the APAC finance business partner for FTAP, responsible for partnering with Business leader and FTAP Finance Director to deliver the business objectives
- Manage and coordinate forecast and budget process (data integrity, FX rates, communication, support and consolidation) including process improvement.
- Managing the weekly OSB process (Orders, Sales and Backlog)
- Responsible for ensuring FTAP APAC financials are reported accurately, timely and in line with US GAAP
- Partner across the finance organisation, supporting the country controllers and cash collections team with BU specific tasks and requests for information
- Contract review, pre and post signature to provide guidance on contract financial treatment, revenue recognition, TAX compliance as well as identifying any commercial or financial risks.
- Review and approve the Sales Commission plans and payments for the APAC FTAP sales team. This includes creating a full year payment simulation and providing guidance on the month end accruals
- Responsible for developing models for forecast, budget and forward looking analytics including a revenue attainability model.
- Provide support for the monthly close, variance analytics as well as supporting/leading PSP (Problem Solving Process) analysis when required. This includes Orders, revenue, price, margin, OPEX and all other aspects of the P&L.
- Provide ad hoc financial support, advice, project support and training across the finance team as required and support in preparing finance slides for some business meetings such as the local townhalls.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting
- Qualified accountant preferred, CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Advanced use of Excel and experience in Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP preferred particularly in FI and CO functionality
- Knowledge of local TAX preferred, particularly on capital goods exports
- Professional knowledge and industry experiences within the area of FP&A
