Mission
Owns and co-pilots Logistics to enable Productivity, Cash delivery. Close business partnering to Logistics Director APAC, Logistics Director China and their teams. Provides Financial leadership in ensuring cost to serve at right cost and resources across 9 countries, consists of 11 distribution centers, 1 joint venture and 5 ecommerce vendors. Masters continuous improvement mindset and skillset.
Main Responsibilities
Logistics Finance Leadership Leads Financial planning process across APAC for all DCs and Transportation Optimizes management and control of Logistics costs Implements DTC Cost to Serve tracker by countries and brands Leads monthly and annual logistics performance reviews to SVPs, VPs and BU CFOs Conducts monthly internal APAC reviews and reconcile actual performance vs records across APAC Accompanies on improving Fixed Costs and Capex utilization Develops logistics models to track and monitor monthly costs by distribution centers and divisions Identifies opportunities to optimize current model and sources of future growth Ensures consistency and strategy alignment with other Supply Chain Finance streams

B. Transformation Agenda Inputs and supports decision making on APAC Supply Network Design decisions Acts as Steerco member on Supply Network Design projects Leads the development of forecasting processes across APAC to improve accuracy Trains DCs and transport leads to standardize accounting practices across APAC Provides leadership of Global Logistics Finance projects as required

C. Stewardship Ensures the integrity of reporting across Warehousing and Transport, ensures accurate accruals are in place to report the financial position of the company Supports standardized inventory costing process across APAC Reviews Supply chain balance sheet for all APAC countries

Knowledge & Experience Sound business judgment and high business acumen. Successfully applied valuation skills and deep understanding of returns’ drivers. Blend of finesse in aligning multiple stakeholders. Skilled in change management and communication throughout Astute in project execution as evidenced by implementation results Demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple challenges at the same time Track record in developing and coaching talent in his/her organization

Skills Ability to understand big picture/concept and detail Excellent in Financial management Superb communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated Strategist as an operator mindset Proficient in Organization design and team development Big data Analytics Capacity to energize teams to go beyond boundaries Degree in Finance or any other related science.
