**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and evaluate digital learning platforms, software, and tools that can effectively enhance teaching and learning experiences and integrate these technologies into the curriculum.-
- Propose appropriate educational technology to overcome gaps and enhance the learning outcomes of the courses.- Analyze the needs and goals of the medical school and aligning them with the appropriate digital tools and technologies.- Explore, develop, and present pedagogically sound and innovative design solutions with the project team to the stakeholders.- Stay updated with emerging trends and innovations in the field of digital learning and education technology. Exploring new technologies, pedagogical approaches, and best practices to drive continuous organisational improvement and innovation.- Oversee plan, execute and evaluate digital learning projects. Setting timelines, coordinating resources, and managing project teams to ensure successful implementation and achievement of project goals.- Utilize data analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of digital learning initiatives. Analyse learner data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance the learning experience.- Collaborate with content experts and learning designers to develop digital learning content, including online courses, interactive modules, multimedia presentations and assessments. Ensuring that the content aligns with educational objectives and engages learners effectively.

**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in IT or related discipline and equivalent in Educational Technology or a related field in Education or Training- At least 2 years’ experience in Adult Learning and Training, Learning Analytics or related instructional design and development experience- At least 5 years of relevant working experience and knowledge of emerging and current technologies for technology-enabled learning and educational technology-
- Experience in designing and developing new technologies for learning- Experience working with educators and education departments is preferred.- Experience in planning, implementing, and assessing the effective use of technology in learning environments- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good project management skills- Possess good creative thinking and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of IT Service Management Framework and Processes

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
