Analyst, Commodity Trade Finance Middle Office

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle and manage the execution of Commodity Trade Finance (“CTF”), Commodity Structured (“CSF”), JCBD & GSB trade transactions; including acting as an intermediary between the clients and the various operational departments of the Bank.
- To perform Middle Office functions for ECTFD-CTF/CSF, JCBD & GSB transactions with respect to transaction management aspects.
- To comply with the relevant MAS regulations and all applicable MUFG’s group policies (including compliance policies).
- To monitor and promptly update and monitor the Transaction Management Control system
- To report and follow up on any irregularities (such as collateral short-fall, etc) for ECTFD-CTF/CSF, JCBD & GSB transactions.
- To carry out day to day execution of ECTFD-CTF/CSF, JCBD & GSB transactions in order to ensure all business transactions are conducted within approved authorization and complied with relevant regulations/policies.
- To co-ordinate with all necessary operational departments of the Bank and act as the client’s central “liaison point”. To be responsible of Internal control in terms of credit/documentation administration, which include documentation review, operational instructions (setting up credit lines, transaction execution, fee collections & payments, etc.)
- To be responsible for Financial Institutions (“FI”) portfolio, including monitoring the validity of limits, ringi preparations, credit limit setup, transaction execution and maintenance of a healthy FI portfolio.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Commodity Trade Finance/Structured Trade Finance Operations (Back Office) or Collateral Management (Middle Office) functions from banking or commodity trading houses
- Good knowledge of middle/back office functions within Commodity Trade Finance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, team-player, ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization and demands of internal and external stakeholders
