An exciting team lead position is now open in the Digital Marketing (DM) team. Join us if you are self-motivated marketer with a proven track record and passion for Marketing Tech. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Digital Marketing.
**What You Can Expect**
As a key member of the Digital Marketing Department, your primary areas of focus will include, but not limited to:
- Be the team lead on all Digital Marketing matters; provide coaching to Corporate Marketing (CM) team members and ensure compliance to digital marketing campaign standards, online brand safety protocols; and optimising performance marketing benchmarks.
- Monitor and analyse nudge content performance delivered via Healthy 365 app.
- Manage designated vendors and partners to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of our MarTech platforms.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties such as procurement and budget monitoring.
**Be Part of the Team**
You should also possess:
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record and solid experience in a wide range of marketing technology (MarTech) tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, SiteCore CMS and bespoke recommendation systems.
- Excellent written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
