As part of the journey, the CTO team would be building together the next generation technology foundation for DFS - a 100% cloud company to scale, best in class networks worldwide to run, seamless high performing workplace and employee experiences to create, architecture and engineering at the core to guide, and innovations around retail to transform.

As a CloudOps Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the infrastructure hosted on different clouds, optimizing the cloud resources, and supervising the cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including weekend deployments of production and OS updates as needed
- Prioritize and work on tickets that are opened by various groups that relate to cloud infrastructure
- Provide Customer Service including escalated support for problems and issues
- Provide effective communication of projects and tasks to the Operations team and stakeholders in other departments
- Monitor the cloud resource usage as well as the consumption from the cost perspective
- Manage monthly bills for different cloud platform and monitor the credit limits
- Works closely with operation partners and cloud vendors to ensure cloud services are available 24 x 7

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations and/or related fields
- Good knowledge of cloud technologies, e.g. Azure, AWS and AliCloud
- Working experience in maintaining and enhancing existing operational cloud infrastructure
- Working experience in resolving problems at their roots, looking for failure patterns and proposing long-term solutions
- Possess troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
