Collaborate with management team to understand business strategies, analyze current performance, develop and implement plans to build organization capabilities and process improvement to support aggressive business growth
- Responsible for strategic planning, directing and upgrading of all manufacturing activities and facilities
- Responsible for effective management of entire manufacturing operations
- Responsible for effective and efficient use of materials, manpower, machines and equipment
- Ensure production and process control activities are properly carried out
- Supervise respective assistant supervisor and leaders to manage daily routine production activities
- Discuss quality issue with assistant supervisor and leaders and advise appropriate corrective action
- Ensures safety guidelines and regulations are being adhered to
- Identify and implement change to improve manufacturing process, yields and quality
- Identify responsibilities and authorities of staff reporting to him/her
- Execute group production plan, support planning of production schedules and coordination of material and machinery requirements, as well as formulate and recommend manufacturing policies and program
- Execute and supervise product changeover according to procedures
- Create, track and manage budgets, timelines, tasks, responsibilities and activities to meet customer product quality and on-time delivery expectations
- Manage training and development
- Identify, track and report metrics for monitoring manufacturing and process performance and consistency
- Update machine performance and production reports
- Identify areas of cost reduction and improvements
- Ensure good housekeeping and EHS standard on production floor at all times
- Manage supply chain activities
- Serve as a day-to-day advisor and coach to leaders and employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:
