**Role Overview**:
We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as our Referral Partner, working remotely with the flexibility to manage your own time. This is a pure commission-based role, where your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. No prior experience is necessary, as we believe in the power of motivation and a strong work ethic.

**Kindly note that this position is a freelance opportunity.
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients who are looking to buy a home or individuals in need of refinancing their home loans.
- Engage with your network and beyond to generate leads for potential home buyers and loan refinancers.
- Actively promote our services and encourage individuals to consider our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and submitted referrals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Must be a self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Attend monthly meetings to stay updated on company policies, strategies, and to share experiences with the team.
