**What you'll do**
- Design and implement algorithmic trading strategies
- Managing intraday performance and risk of existing algorithms and be responsible for the P&L
- Enhancing existing infrastructure and algorithms
- Create and backtest new market making or arbitrage strategies
- Analyzing potentially large data sets to understand and predict market and client behaviors

**What we expect from you**
- Experience of automated market making in traded markets
- Direct experience of building a testing framework for algorithmic execution, including performing testing schedule for trading strategiesAbility to extract, manipulate and analyze large data sets relevant to algorithmic execution
- 2-4 years experience in writing python for a high performing hft/algo trading/quant firm is a plus
- Strong willingness and curiosity to learn algorithmic, high-frequency, quantitative and market making trading is crucial
