Production Trader

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Production Trader to join one of its trading teams in Singapore. You will be joining the Trading and Operations group currently consisting of four members. Globally, the trading team encompasses around 100 members. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the strategies actively trading across the Asian markets.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor morning/evening maintenance operations
- Intraday monitoring of the trading strategies: risk limits, internal KPIs
- Monitoring and manual hedging of exposures
- Ensure intraday communication with Compliance and Risk departments
- Provide feedback and analysis to quants on algo behavior to help them improve models

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A Master's degree is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and geographically distributed environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of Derivatives and Equity markets in Asia
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python,SQL**, **Bash

**Nice to Have**
- Trading experience on any major Asian market
- Experience in systematic trading within Index Arbitrage
- Solid understanding of corporate actions and their impact on index trading
- Experience with EFP trading in Asia
- Knowledge of Linux and Network
- High-level understanding of market data and market access protocols
