Fx Advisor

**Job Summary**

You will be responsible for the advisory and execution of FX product trades for internal and external clients.

**What is the opportunity?**

As the FX Advisor & Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for the advisory and execution of FX product trades for internal and external clients.

**What will you do?**
- Execution of trades on FX products with precision and mínimal errors. FX products include spot, forward, swap, DCI, option, structures and will also involve precious metals.
- Role requires London shift coverage on a rotational basis.
- Execute and manage FI trades and orders.
- Execute and manage Equity trades and orders.
- Able to structure, recommend, price and execute FX strategies to match various client needs.
- Providing FX advisory to Relationship Managers (RM) and DAC clients.
- Preparing daily commentaries and trade ideas for RMs and clients.
- Managing client margin calls and margin cuts. And help provide trade ideas that help clients manage their FX risk.
- To participate in idea generations and presentations in the weekly investment meetings for RMs and monthly asset class group meetings for the investment team.
- Troubleshoot issues stemming from front to back processes and execution.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Degree or equivalent is required.
- The role would typically require 7-9 years of experience in FX sales or FX advisory related position.
- Good spoken and written English is a must
- This role requires speaking to North Asia-based clients, proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and effective customer relationship management skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Able to multitask and proactively manage deadlines, working within a dynamic and fast pace team set up.
- Strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
- Demonstrate his/her ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit ability to cope under high stress environment (e.g. during a market turmoil).
- Computer literate with excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.

**Nice-to-have**
- This role requires speaking to North Asia-based clients, proficiency in Cantonese is nice-to-have.
