Assistant Contracts Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating /Attending meeting with clients and technical team for resolution of VO and contractual issues
- Negotiating price with Sub-Con for awarded package Preparing for NDA, LOI/Subcontract Agreement, contractual reviewing report.
- Take-off quantities for monthly progress work done ,Variation Oder ,and issuance sub-contractor’s payment certificate until final account settlement (including contra charges to be deducted.
- Responsibility for progress claim and providing information to Project Director/Manager for Quantification and Variation Claims
- Handling Progress claim and updating Progress Payment and Variation Order.
- Attend meeting with clients and subcontractor and project team for additional works and verification progress claim/payment.
- Assisting to Contract manager for preparing correspondence letter.
- Advising project team on contractual rights and settlement of complaints and VO.
- Cost exercising bid summary and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcons.
- Evaluation Tender proposal, clarification and managing within budget.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in Construction Industry
- Experienced in negotiating with sub-contractors and able to work with clients
- Strong and sensitive in contracts and commercial matters
- Able to work in fast paced environment
