Beratung und Support machen für unsere Kunden den grossen Unterschied und heben uns spürbar von unseren Mitbewerbern ab. Damit wir genügend Zeit für die vielseitigen Anliegen unserer Kunden haben, arbeiten rund die Hälfte unserer Mitarbeitenden im Kundensupport.

Als Customer Care Tech Mitarbeiter bis Du ein technisch versierter Problemlöser und Berater. Du ermöglichst unseren Kunden das Potential ihrer Produkte voll auszuschöpfen.

**Das gehört zu deinen Aufgaben**:

- Technische First Level Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden (Telefon/Tickets)
- Eigenständige Lösungsfindung oder Klassifizierung der Anfragen und Weiterleitung an den 2nd Level Support
- Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Auswahl von Produkten

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ oder engagierter und versierter self-made Techie
- Erfahrungen mit Web-Technologien von Vorteil (CMS, Mail, DNS, etc.)
- Deutsch als Muttersprache & verhandlungssicheres Französisch (C1 Level), weitere Sprachen ein Plus
- Ausgesprochene Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Hervorragender Teamplayer
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichem Wochenend
- und Pikettdienst
