**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job Description:

- Coordinate detailing of all architectural trades and management of interfaces with other trades ;
- Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification ;
- Assist in organizing, coordinating, supervising, directing and monitoring the works for all architectural trade and facade sub-contractor ;
- Monitor site progress and performance, as well as maintain and update proper site records on progress of work and documentation ;
- Check and ensure qualify of works are according to specification and requirement ;
- Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades ;
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and qualify issues ;
- Maintain inspection records, materials and all completed works ;
- Execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the project ;
- Other related duties assigned in line with the progress of the project
