We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, overseeing and direction of the project (Hear My Voice) from ideation to completion, aligned with the agreed vision and outcomes of the project. The postholder works closely with the Project Driver, leading the conceptualizing, developing and implementation of the project and will also work with the project team to deliver the project outcomes.

The Project Manager plays a key role in project management, change management, alignment of processes, and ensuring smooth implementation of the initiative in the three schools (YPS, AHS and MDS).

Key responsibilities will include:

- Conceptualization and planning the 3-year project, which includes the conceptualisation of a 3-year study on the impact of the project deliverables from the implementation.
- Project management which involves overseeing the management and utilization of resources, progress monitoring, and preparing reports/updates to the relevant internal stakeholders.
- Resource coordination

You
- At least 5 years of experience in project management. Some relevant experience in AACs, Research, or Technology would be preferred.
- Typically possess a Diploma.
- Has the ability to develop effective and realistic work plans and budgets, with analytical ability, problem solving & strategic thinking.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of research, in particular,developing a research study. This would also involve seeking the right data, collecting and analysing data.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and good organization skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong IT skills, including, MS Office, Adobe, Digital Survey platforms, Zoom (Video recording & editing would be an advantage)
