**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

Manage the entire assessment administrative process for PSB and University Programmes for main and re-examination / deferred examination / supplementary examination / quizzes / class tests / mid-term tests / deferred or re quizzes and reclass tests
- Liaise with University partners, overseas PSB colleges, appointed vendors, internal / external stakeholders and invigilators on assessment and exam administration matters.
- Examination Operations Management
- Manage confidential student and examination data in our student and learning management systems.
- Pre-assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams)
- Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams) in both / either a face-to-face examination setting or online examination setting which includes:

- Liaison with Lecturers and Module Leaders for pre moderation of examination question paper.
- Resource booking
- Updating examination schedule accurately.
- Preparing quizzes, class tests and exams materials for Exam Day held at City campuse.
- Briefing invigilators as needed to ensure smooth running of the assessment.
- Actual Day operations
- Manage face-to-face examination and quizzes, / class test held at City Campus or in an online exam setting.
- Ensure the smooth running of the examinations and troubleshoot any issue.
- Work with invigilators to ensure that exam procedures are adhered to.
- Handle academic misconduct cases and any issues on Examination Day.
- Post-assessment (Quizzes, Class Tests and Exams)
- Carry out administrative tasks for post assessment process for both face-to-face or online assessments, which include:

- Managing the marking of scripts and timelines.
- Preparing and liaising with academic faculty member for post moderation.
- Updating graduating status of students at Examination and Awards Board and in the system.
- Prepare and Manage University Examination Board
- Carry out administrative tasks to prepare for the Board meeting.
- Manage student appeals after release of results.
- Prepare for Chairs action, where required.
- Administrative work, including
- Coordinate appeal board meetings, manage timelines and inform student of outcome of appeals.
- Process exam-related procurement/finance matters promptly according to timelines.
- New programme exam operations
- Plan and carry out assessments / exams for new programmes
- Attend programme briefings, obtain required information and plan for the 1st assessment / exams
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to work out processes and timelines for new programmes, new assessment methods, etc.
- Draft assessment / exam work process for the new programme
- Internal and External Stakeholder management
- Working with School (Operations and Academics) on related examination operations
- Liaising and coordinating with outsourced business partner in the monitoring and tracking of work processes
- Managing the assignment and deployment of invigilators for online and onsite campus exams

**Others**
- Any other duties as required by the company from time to time.

**Jobs Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1- 5 years experience in related fielld will be advantageous.
- Strong co-ordination and time management skills.
