**[What you will be working on]**

Outreach, Engagement and Communications:

- Collaborate with TP academic schools to plan and develop effective online and offline engagement activities, to amplify TP’s value proposition to prospective students, parents and educators
- Design outreach kits and up-to-date collaterals to better engage students, parents and educators at secondary school exhibitions and various engagement activities
- Curate developmental programmes to train and equip TP Student Ambassadors for various outreach activities
- Adopt a data-driven approach by leveraging data to understand audience sentiment, needs and requirements, and map out priority secondary schools to enhance engagement efforts
- Develop research initiatives such as surveys and interviews to gather data from various sources, prepare visualisation reports and maintain organised databases for data reporting
- Manage stakeholder relationships with priority secondary schools, generate interest and drive sign-ups for outreach activities e.g. learning journeys. school engagements, as well as relevant TP-wide initiatives
- Handle TP’s public communications channels to provide timely and quality responses to various public and stakeholder queries Administrative & Office Management
- Curate and procure TP corporate gifts and outreach memorabilia, aligned to TP branding
- Oversee and manage gift repositories to ensure accountability in inventory management as well as maintenance of stock
- Provide quality support in procurement and finance matters, calendar and meeting coordination, events and catering, office operations, including office maintenance, vendor coordination and office communications

**[What we are looking for]**
- Qualification in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of work experience, with minimum 2 years of experience in communications and engagement
- Experience in implementing and executing outreach and engagement activities from inception to execution
- Strong understanding of youth trends, engagement and marketing activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environment
- Experience in an administrative or office management role
