**Summary**

We are looking for a Quality Management Executive who is in charge of all aspects of product quality, FSSC22000 matters and ensures food safety compliance. This includes preventive maintenance of production equipment. You will be responsible for the entire food and product safety management of the production floor.

By producing the latest generation of meat analogues for their clients, SGProtein enables companies, from small start-ups to big food-producing companies, to scale up their innovation. Equipped with a state-of-the-art high-capacity extruder for high-moisture meat analogues and a range of further processing machinery, SGProtein manufactures according to customer specifications. SGProtein produces, packs, cools or freezes, and delivers the products, so their clients can focus on developing and selling them; because SGProtein believes that innovation can only grow with the proper infrastructure.
- Establishing, implementing and ensuring compliance with the plant’s Food Safety (FSSC 22000), Quality, HACCP, and Halal Management Systems and its prerequisite programs.
- Leading the certification process with third-party certification bodies.
- Supporting operations in all quality and regulatory requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement, and identify root causes of investigating non-conformities originated from suppliers, operations, internal/external audits and customer/ consumer complaints.
- Liaising with government agencies / certification bodies, i.e. SFA, HPB, MUIS, on all matters on product registration or plant certification information.
- Designing and executing trial in plant scale, validating test protocols for new products, packaging and equipment.
- Reviewing and verifying nutritional information, sensory and shelf life for products.
- Evaluating and reviewing acceptability of raw material / packaging from suppliers.
- Conduct internal audit activities, to verify operation activities to meet HACCP, GMP, hygiene / sanitary, and FSSC 22000 requirement periodically.
- Implementing QA/QC software and ensuring fully digital process implantation.
- Establishing and recording documentation for Food Safety and Quality control, as per documented information procedure.
- Providing training (GMP Hygiene, HACCP and Food Safety) to all employees.
- Conducting in-process QC checks and finished product testing, reviewing QA/QC reports for accuracy and compliance.

**Competencies**
- Degree holder in Food Technology, Food Science or related fields
- Has minimum 2-3 years working experience, QA/QC and product development in relevant industry is added advantage
- Passionate about food manufacturing and quality control
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English writing and speaking
