Singapore EAGLESTAR MARINE (S) PTE. LTD. Full time

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assist for research, planning, preparing budget & proposal for new digital technologies in shipping for digital transformation of Eaglestar fleet.
- Assist for planning and overseeing projects to ensure installations are completed within approved timeline and budget.
- Liaise and assist selected vendors in developing the products to suite Eaglestar needs.
- Assist to monitor and evaluate performance of the solution / products after installation onboard vessels.
- Keep a lookout on new developments & products in the market and do feasibility study.
- Assist and responsible for closure of applicable audit issues raised by external and internal auditors related to Digital products.
- Responsible to provide techno-commercial feedback to legal teams for finalizing commercial contract with companies.
- Assist to manage post installation issues, guarantee claims and assist in trouble shooting activities related to the products and vessels.
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly report of digital products. Any other projects as required for the organizational development and business goal.
- Assists the team deliver the requirements as per given KPI.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Marine IT related field

Specialist Knowledge / Skills
- General knowledge of global shipping industry and fleet technical management
- Knowledge in developing and implementing technical and operational shipping processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness within total quality principles.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, shipboard systems and products used on various type of vessels (Gas & Oil Tankers, DPST etc).
- Experience in Change Management, Project Management, Resource Management.
- Strong motivation, work ethic, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High degree of independence
- Strong knowledge in MS Office & Analysis - Networking, Firewall, Modbus Signals, BI Tools, Cloud Computing etc

Experience
- 2~ 3 years’ experience in maritime industry preferably specializing in shipboard systems and processes.
- Familiar with shipboard operations and various digital systems used onboard.
- Person having Digital transformation project experience will be added advantage.
