**Responsibilities**:
- End to end recruitment support including but not limiting to advertising, screening, coordinating and interviewing of junior positions.
- In charge of day to day HR Operations from staff on-board to off board
- Maintenance of Employee Data, Information and HR Related Documents to ensure all information are up to date.
- Conduct new joiners' orientation and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new joiners.
- Provide admin support on daily sales operations and processing orders
- Follow up remittance and outstanding payments with clients
- Sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials
- Perform any other assigned projects and duties
**Requirements**:
- Min. Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.
