The Deputy Project Manager oversees all site works related to delivery and installation of timber, acoustic and fire-rated doors and door frames in accordance to site schedules.
- Manage a team of foremen, supervisors, installers and varnishers
- Check shop drawings & ironmongery provision, identify and resolve problems
- Manage with main contractor and appointed subcontractors ensuring that all required designs and works are updated and carried out on schedule
- Establish efficient collaboration and coordination between production and site operation
- Supervise site works to align with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements
- Address technical & site issue, provide solutions for main con
- Provide excellent customer experience, quality and a positive employee environment

- Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Education : Recognized degree/diploma
- Experience : 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in overseeing site works, particularly in the supply and installation of timber doors
- Strong communications and interpersonal ability, coupled with influencing skills
- Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement technical competencies
- Strong technical knowledge in characteristics of natural wood and the various types of timber, acoustic and fire-rated doors
- Understand site demands and requirements
