The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated BIM Coordinator who can manage the preparation and submission of Authority submission material and procedures in Singapore.
- Working to defined BIM standards and project strategy, requirements and codes of practice
- Advise discipline teams on requirements for preparation of Singaporean authority submission material
- Prepare, submit, monitor and follow up with Singaporean authority submissions
- Coordinate with Architectural QP on submission and monitoring of approvals
- Managing the processes & procedures for information exchanges, including revision & suitability code use in a Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Proficient use of BIM technologies both in the cloud and managed systems to integrate Project Information Model (PIM) and issue tracking reports and metrics
- Work with design teams on BIM model creation and refinement in parallel with managing the authority submission processes
- Running and reporting coordination checks

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ (production) experience in multidisciplinary design, drafting or engineering
- Well-versed and competent in Singapore’s Local Authorities Codes and Requirements
- Ability to submit through Corenet Submission
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced understanding of BIM processes and ability to develop this in others
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and various BIM systems
- Proven experience in managing the design coordination and submission process
- Experience with authority submissions ideally at least 10 project submissions and TOP
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Team player, cooperative with other staff with open sharing of information and knowledge.
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and solve problems when working under pressure
- Ability to manage peak work periods for delivery and stressful periods
