**Business Analyst - (EMIR/MAS Regulatory Reporting), Leading Global Asset Management Firm in Singapore**

Join a Leading Global Asset Management Firm in Singapore as a Business Analyst and play a vital role in defining, managing, and implementing EMIR and MAS OTC Derivatives regulatory reporting changes. As a Business Analyst, you'll gather, analyze, and document business requirements to identify and implement optimal solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Elicit requirements from stakeholders using effective methods/tools.
- Analyze and validate requirements systematically.
- Conduct impact assessments and data analysis.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and secure formal signoff.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business teams to optimize solutions.
- Provide implementation support and project assistance.
- Assist with UAT and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous business analyst experience in asset management or capital markets.
- Self-motivated and independent with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in standard office technology and business analyst methods.

**Domain-Specific Attributes**:

- Experience in EMIR or MAS Reporting for OTC Derivatives.
- Familiarity with European regulatory practices (EMIR/CSSF/ESMA).
- Knowledge of DTCC Trade Repository and derivatives trade platforms like Calypso.
- Experience with Cappitech/ISH Markit transaction reporting platform is a plus.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Degree in Business/Finance or related disciplines.
- 2-8 years of experience in Financial Services BA, preferably in asset management or capital markets.
- Strong analytical, communication skills and change management experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
