The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
**- Job Responsibilities -**
- Leverage data visualisation techniques to analyse, model, and interpret business processes, delivering actionable insights to drive informed decisions.
- Actively pursue and nurture new business relationships within the PSO network, fostering collaboration and shared success.
- Keep teams aligned by providing regular updates, clear communication, and constructive feedback throughout each project phase.
- Contribute to project success by participating in walkthroughs, gathering comprehensive business requirements, supporting design processes, developing test plans, conducting user training, and managing seamless implementation.
- Develop strategic business plans by utilising data analysis and market research to identify and engage high-potential clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies, preparing relevant documentation and audits as needed.
- Clearly convey financial insights and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, investors, and external partners, to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

**- Role Requirements -**

**Qualifications**:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Part-time positions are also available.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
