Vita Partners Singapore is currently searching for an experienced **Senior Procurement & Contracts Administrator**to support the smooth functioning of project site by overseeing procurement and contract administration, while ensuring all site services adhere to organisational policies and regulatory standards..

Vita Partners is the Asia-Pacific’s largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments - a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports, material receipts, and acknowledgements to support internal reporting by senior construction management.
- Implement and maintain documentation systems and administrative processes to enhance site efficiency and stakeholder service delivery.
- Ensure all procurement and administrative activities comply with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
- Liaise with external suppliers to coordinate the timely provision of scaffolding, waste management, and other site services within defined parameters.
- Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and processing of construction contracts, ensuring accurate documentation, amendment tracking, and appropriate approvals.
- Support site management activities through effective contract administration and stakeholder coordination.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of procurement and contract administration practices.
- Experience in a site coordination role within the construction projects.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
