**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Global Head of Payments**to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive payment system that serves a vast network of gaming projects and players across 100+ countries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee cross-functional teams, establish key partnerships, and optimize payment operations to enhance user experience globally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement a **global payment framework**, ensuring seamless transaction capabilities for gaming projects worldwide.
- Lead teams across **product development, R&D, operations, and marketing**, driving performance and KPI success.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop an **official payment website**, improving accessibility and payment efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain **long-term strategic relationships**with major global platforms and payment partners.
- Work closely with multiple gaming project teams to understand their needs, integrate feedback, and optimize payment solutions to support their growth.

**Job Requirements**
- **5+ years of experience**in the international payments space, with proven expertise in managing multinational teams.
- Strong knowledge of **global payment channels, regulatory compliance, tax policies**, and the ability to drive departmental strategies independently.
- A **user-first approach**, keen sensitivity to customer needs, and a commitment to continuous innovation.
- Solid background in **internet-based products**and data-driven operations; gaming industry experience is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a **goal-oriented mindset**.
- Proficient in **both professional Chinese and English**for effective communication across global teams.
