We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to support change management initiatives and enhance project adoption across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement within a global banking environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support planning and execution of change management activities aligned with department projects.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to assess change impacts and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain dashboards and reports to track project progress, KPIs, and change adoption metrics.
- Provide actionable insights through analysis of project and change management data.
- Coordinate project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices.
- Assist in PMO reporting, data visualization, and improvement of templates and methodologies.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across PMO tools and reporting platforms.Support risk identification and escalation related to change and stakeholder engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
