Singapore Community Care Healthcare sector Full time

Support the department and day-to-day management of In-patient and Home Care services of Dover Park Hospice in order to facilitate the care of patients.
- Work closely with various partners (internal and external) and agencies, the incumbent is responsible for planning and collaborating with these parties to ensure the smooth operation of the wards and the Home Care team.
- Work with clinical teams as well as administrative teams to ensure smooth running of clinical operations in the hospice
- Organise the keeping of Medical Records in the hospice
- Support the effective implementation of new policies, new clinical projects (including CST Projects), work processes, service charges and IT systems.
- Support the organisation’s move towards Tele-medicine and automation of its clinical services and other special projects

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably with Medical Operations/ Project Management background in healthcare industry
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- IT Savvy with experience in data management would be an advantage
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
