To develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase community engagement and cultivate partnerships. To plan and develop fundraising programmes and initiatives to meet fundraising targets to support the programmes and its social enterprises. This will include organising regular campaigns for donor giving, fundraising campaigns, corporate sponsorships as well as grant-making projects. To help the Association develop enduring relationships with donors and sponsors, and develop collaborations with community partners.

To drive membership as a means to drive engagement and outreach and as a base of sponsors, donors, volunteers and supporters.

**The Challenges
**Fundraising & Donor Engagement**
- Oversee and manage donor relationships, including setting up of structured donor programme, maintaining donor databases, soliciting for new donors, and managing donor relationships.
- Develop and manage fundraising campaigns such as annual carnival, flag day, charity dinners and other fundraising events.
- Identify opportunities for new fundraising opportunities, including online campaigns and seeking out new digital fundraising platforms.
- Review and report on outcomes of fundraising campaigns to continuously improve the effectiveness of the campaigns and to recommend retention strategies for fundraising.
- To identify new donors and develop engagement strategies to build up a pool of donors for regular giving.
- To network with corporations, community partners, donors, volunteers with the aim of building deep engagement.
- Ensure tracking of KPIs and timely submissions of reports to required program sponsors.
- Develop marketing and publicity materials to support fundraising initiatives.

**Membership and Volunteer Management**
- Responsible for overseeing the Membership, including developing programmes to recruit new members and retain and engage existing members.
- The aim of membership is to drive engagement and outreach to our community programmes and to develop a good base of volunteers and supporters.

**Research / Analysis**
- Research individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in gift giving and identify fundraising opportunities.
- Conduct research and stay current on trends in philanthropy to identify new funding opportunities.
- Provide analysis and reports to study donor and programme impact.
- Create and maintain donor databases and manage relationships with new and existing donors, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Perform secretariat duties to support Fundraising or related Committees.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

**What it Takes**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience working in charities, philanthropies, fundraising, sales or business development.
- Strong track record in developing and implementing fundraising campaigns and achieving fundraising targets, or in developing deep client relationships and customer engagement. Prior experience in managing databases to track impact and results: membership database, volunteer management database, donors database.
