Singapore Christian Outreach to the Handicapped Full time

The fundraising manager will oversee and execute our charity’s fundraising efforts to ensure therapy and caregiver programmes are affordable for low-income families and that the charity’s daily operations, projects and programmes geared towards supporting the special needs community are sustainable.
- Working with management to identify funding needs and direction before developing relevant programmes and campaigns.
- Review, plan and execute innovative fundraising initiatives such as specific campaigns and special events to support fundraising efforts and meet fundraising targets.
- Strategize and outreach to individuals, corporates and foundations to build and manage pipeline of existing and future donors.
- Conduct research, data mining and analysis for donor projects and presentations.
- Maintaining and updating records, proactively seeking out and building relationships with existing donors through consistent, sustainable, and valuable engagement to maintain donor loyalty and conversion.
- Prepare donor reports, appeals, and impact updates to internal and external stakeholders and marketing.
- Strong project management skills
- High standard of numeracy and budgeting skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Able to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions
- Dedicated to achieving goals and results-oriented
