**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide 24x7 operational support for production systems, including weekends and holidays, specifically for Bank Security Applications.
- Ensure high system availability and perform recovery operations during outages or system capacity issues.
- Conduct system health checks and implement improvements to proactively detect and mitigate potential issues.
- Automate daily monitoring and manual operations to improve system stability and resiliency.
- Perform capacity assessments of production environments to meet BAU growth and project demands.
- Manage incident handling, including investigation, service recovery, and preventive measures.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams (Middleware, DBA, SAs) for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Handle BAU tasks and projects, including DR exercises, audit queries, SOP documentation updates, and system upgrades for EOS/EOL components.
- Ensure adherence to Change Management Processes, Data Protection, and Privileged ID Access Control.
- Provide on-site 24x7 operational support on a 5-day roster, with compensatory off-days for weekend or public holiday shifts.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in the banking payment domain.
- Strong technical expertise in RHEL, JBOSS, SQL (Oracle/MariaDB), and Shell scripting.
- Prior experience managing or implementing Security Applications within the banking industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ForgeRock or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Familiarity with VPC, PCF, and open platform environments is an added advantage.
- Experience supporting real-time online systems is desirable.
