Responsibilities
- By directly addressing any billing-related issues or queries with customers, you can build and maintain relationships with them.
- Observe payment due dates and stay in touch with account holders.
- If necessary, provide waivers or credit notes in relation to customer disputes.
- Maintain timely, precise records and keep track of all billing cases.
- Assistance with report preparation and account loading.
- Deliver tax invoices, letters of reminder, and account statements to account holders with your assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / ITE graduate and N / O level holders welcome to apply
- Experience with Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate diligence and meticulous traits
- Possess customer centric qualities
- Good interpersonal & phone communication skills.
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
