You will be involved in business critical projects, partnering with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and strategic operations to provide financial advice and recommendations to drive business and product strategy across Search, Display, YouTube and Apps. You will also have to understand and work with cutting-edge technology in AI/ML and Data Analytics applicable to Consumer Tech. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business. **Responsibilities**: - Be a trusted advisor to the Country Director and the leadership team on business performance and finance related priorities. - Identify, assess and translate key industry trends into emerging risks and strategic business opportunities that shape the trajectory of Google’s business. - Lead separately and/or in partnership with cross-functional partners, bring clarity to the complex problems facing Google. - Influence with data, and articulate key insights to stakeholders to drive business decision-making. - Support critical financial planning processes such as business forecasting, business goal setting, budget management and business performance acumen.
