**Essential Job Functions**:

- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of programs, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement program management strategies that drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program alignment and success.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet financial and operational targets.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, maintaining a proactive risk management approach.
- Foster collaboration among program managers, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Define and track key performance indicators for programs, using data to drive decision-making.
- Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards, overseeing quality control processes.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in program and project management
- Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
