**What You'll Do**:

- Manage security planning for Security-by-Design (SBD) projects to ensure construction of new substations and upgrading of existing substations can be carried out smoothly with regulatory and government agencies’ endorsement on security plan.
- Coordinate with external agencies, including regulatory and government agencies on matters concerning protection of critical infrastructures.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, multi-disciplinary consultants, including Security & Blast Consultants.
- Manage and provide security consultancy/ advice in projects for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all security consultancy projects.
- Source and acquire the latest technologies and solutions in the market
- Implement and maintain Physical Security and Electronic Security measures among the multiple projects and infrastructure of the company
- Oversee projects to meet planned schedule, cost and quality objectives
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at sites, including periodical site inspections and attending meetings, during the course of construction of projects
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of detailed tender documents and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need**:

- Degree from a recognized university, with min. 5 - 8 years of experience in Security Planning or SBD
- High integrity and a team player
- Ability to work independently and possess strong communication skills
- Effective written communication and report writing skills
- Professional qualifications in security and project management would be advantageous
- Security consulting and project management experience would be advantageous
- Ability to remain positively motivated at times of significant pressure, including assisting stakeholders to meet deadlines
