**About the Role**

Phoon Huat is always looking to bring new ideas to the market, and to bring the best food ingredients to consumers. We are looking for an e-Commerce executive to work in our e-Commerce marketplace team.

**Our Desired Skills**
- 1-4 years of experience with e-Commerce marketplaces, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Experience with e-Commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, etc.) required.
- Self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Manage the product portfolio on our e-Commerce marketplaces to ensure that products are up to date and contain the appropriate information.
- Process and facilitate orders from our e-Commerce marketplace partners, including sales orders, transfers and returns.
- Manage orders across our e-Commerce marketplace partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute any related e-Commerce activities.
- Work with our Commercial team to ensure that product listings, prices and costs and appropriate.
- Work with our Commercial and Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Coordinate with our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and SLAs are met.
- Reconcile the invoices received with the purchase orders and goods sent to the customer.
- Work with Marketing on the store design, promotional banners and product images.
