We’re on the lookout for a **Junior Creative Designer**with the drive to turn imagination into impactful design — someone who’s ready to grow, experiment, and craft visuals that _make people look twice and think deeper _.

**What You’ll Do**
- Bring ideas to life — conceptualise, visualise, and execute design concepts for both **digital and print**platforms.
- Work closely with the design, client servicing and management teams to deliver creative solutions that align with strategy and storytelling.
- Develop fresh, original visual assets for social media, campaigns, and publications.
- Source and curate compelling imagery, iconography, and visual references that enhance your designs.
- Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events.
- Collaborate and share ideas with the team — contribute meaningfully to brainstorming and creative discussions.
- Take ownership of your projects, manage your time effectively, and ensure your deliverables meet high creative standards.

**What You Bring**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design (or a related field).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance work. Entry-level designers with 2-3 years of strong portfolio experience are welcome.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma.
- A portfolio that reflects your best work — from university projects to professional assignments.
- Good communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Open to feedback, always eager to learn, and unafraid to explore new ideas and techniques.
- A grounded, passionate designer who believes that good work is both beautiful _and _purposeful.
