We're on the lookout for a Junior Creative Designer with the drive to turn imagination into impactful design — someone who's ready to grow, experiment, and craft visuals that make people look twice and think deeper .

What You'll Do

  • Bring ideas to life — conceptualise, visualise, and execute design concepts for both digital and print platforms.
  • Work closely with the design, client servicing and management teams to deliver creative solutions that align with strategy and storytelling.
  • Develop fresh, original visual assets for social media, campaigns, and publications.
  • Source and curate compelling imagery, iconography, and visual references that enhance your designs.
  • Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events.
  • Collaborate and share ideas with the team — contribute meaningfully to brainstorming and creative discussions.
  • Take ownership of your projects, manage your time effectively, and ensure your deliverables meet high creative standards.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design (or a related field).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance work. Entry-level designers with 2–3 years of strong portfolio experience are welcome.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma.
  • A portfolio that reflects your best work — from university projects to professional assignments.
  • Good communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Open to feedback, always eager to learn, and unafraid to explore new ideas and techniques.
  • A grounded, passionate designer who believes that good work is both beautiful and purposeful.
