**Responsibilities**:

- Support and provide architectural design and practices
- Lead and manage a team of architects in charge of projects
- Provide expertise advice to team architects
- To mentor and supervise new employee
- Conduct discussion on common design problems with team members
- Ensure compliance of statutory regulations & contractual obligations.

**Requirements**:

- A Registered Architect with Board of Architect
- Possess academic qualification that is recognized by Board of Architect
- Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and able to multi-task
- Minimum 8 years of relevant design experience
