Overview Senior Architect (with QP License)Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am to 6pm)Location: Midview City Salary: $6,000 to $9,000Qualification Requirement Degree in Architecture or equivalent Minimum of 6 years of post‐qualification experience in the architecture industry, preferably in a senior or lead role A Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), holding a valid practicing certificate Job Description Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry‐standard design tools Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross‐functional teams effectively Ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders Overseeing the design and development of complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines Collaborating with cross‐functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders Staying up‐to‐date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture Contributing to the firm's business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in pitch presentations #J-18808-Ljbffr
