**1.Management**:
l Team management:
Team building (recruitment, training, Formulate and improve work tasks, work processes and job responsibilities). Operation Management

l Operation Management

1)Covering all business including auditing, accounting, taxation, etc., from quotation negotiation, consultation, work planning, work assignment to results,

2). Leading the team members to complete all business engagement for multiple clients on time and in compliance.

3). Workflow monitoring and work results control -Review the work results and revise the planning and processes.

4). Work closely with audit partners and Tax agents to ensure that the client's engagement is compliant and effective.

**2. Advisory**:

- Provide accounting, auditing and tax advisory services to clients like tax planning, incentives and exemptions.
- Provide accounting, auditing and tax compliance services to clients.

**3. Others**:

- Statistical work and departmental reporting
- Other related work arranged by the General Manager

**4. Requirements**
- **Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or SA Member**
- 4- **5 years’ working experience at an Audit & Accounting firm**
- **3-4 years’ team management experience
