Regional Human Resource Executive

**Job Summary**
As a Regional HR Executive, you will be responsible for the entire functions within the HR department Recruitment, Payroll, Performance Management, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits planning, etc.
**Responsibilities**
Recruitment and Selection
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies which includes planning of employee referral programs
- Execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
Payroll (Singapore)
- Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc
- Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Submit monthly statutory contributions
- Prepare and distribute yearly income statements
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
- Prepare reports for accounting purposes
- Supervise the regional team on payroll matters
Others
- Administer the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Conduct orientation to newly hired employees
- Prepare for ISO Audit on yearly basis
- Update Employee Handbook on a regular basis
- Maintain SharePoint with up-to-date information, such as the organization chart, policies, etc
- Maintain Training records of employees
- Keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR field
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 18 months
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
