What the role is:
You will be part of the Organisational Excellence & Culture team under the People Matters Division at National Library Board. You will support the implementation of key platforms and processes to facilitate timely organisational diagnosis and interventions to support transformation efforts, staff engagement and promote a positive culture.

**What you will be working on**:

- Work as part of a team to design and deliver OD interventions that are aligned with NLB’s strategic business and HR priorities to drive change, and nurture a desired culture.
- Develop and implement staff engagement strategies and plans as well as supporting Divisions in their staff engagement efforts.
- Design & execute interventions across physical and digital channels.
- Develop and facilitate change management plans and initiatives to support NLB’s transformation efforts.
- Facilitation of engagement sessions eg. townhalls, management walkabouts.
- Develop a message house with clear narratives and drive internal comms within organisation.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualifications in organisational psychology or related fields such as behavioural science, psychology or sociology or certifications in OD.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Independent and a strong team-player with a resilient and positive mind-set, receptive to feedback and change and able to work in ambiguity with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Video editing and infographics experience will be advantageous.
