Given our commitment to the cause, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join and strengthen our Institutional Dealing team.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1) Working hand-in-hand with salestraders to execute trades for institutional clients by monitoring price movements, volume, and trading flows

2) Assist in daily market news, wraps, advertisement of trading flows

3) Be part of a strong team where the sales, salestrading and trading team work together to boost profits for the group

4) Strong interest and knowledge of the financial markets

5) Work in close partnership with regional sales, salestraders and traders

6) Work with other departments such as compliance, credit risk, audit, settlements to resolve other issues.

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- 1-2 years of experience in executing equity orders for clients
- Knowledge of the structure of the major Asian equity markets
- Required licensing and registrations
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Fidessa, institutional trading protocol/algorithm lingo are added advantage
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Show strong attention to details, governance, and risk controls
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Kindly note that salary range will be dependent on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
