Our unique perspective allows us to see the critical intersections between talent, assets and ideas — the dynamic formula that drives business performance. **Unlock your potential at Willis Towers Watson.** **The Segment** **The Role** You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects involving IBNR reserve valuation, health pricing, predictive analytics and RBC/IFRS 17 for our P&C/Health clients in Singapore and across South East Asia. You will be responsible for reviewing the analysis and explaining the results, and will work closely with the other analysts/consultants and project lead to ensure timely delivery of projects. In addition to project delivery, you will also be responsible for client communication, project management, and business development activities. **Responsibilities** **Clients** - Lead as the project manager, ensuring the progress of the project against established project scope, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards - Serve as the primary day-to-day contact to client teams on delivery of services, while managing client expectations - Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations - Work as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team to analyze issues and develop value-added solutions for the clients - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects - Participate in business development activities and work with the team to develop go-to-market propositions. You may be supporting in business development activities across all our areas of expertise - Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workstreams and client teams **Financial** - Meet billable hours targets - Manage project budget efficiently - Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting in proposals, demos, presentations and pitches **People** - Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams - Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels - Serve as mentor to junior team members **Excellence** - Deliver high-quality work in compliance with Excellence standards and proactively look to improve the process - Manage time effectively between multiple concurrent assignments - Have a strong understanding of the insurance industry across South East Asia - Seek learning and development opportunities **The Requirements** - Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or any other related quantitative fields - Good progress with actuarial exams from recognised International Actuarial Bodies - Strong understanding and working experience in IBNR reserving and/or health/P&C pricing and analytics. Other experiences in IFRS 17, RBC and/or M&A will be considered favourably. - Good knowledge of the the insurance regulations, government insurance schemes and the Health/P&C insurance market environment in Singapore - Familiarity with WTW’s software (e.g. Emblem, Radar, ResQ and/or ResQ Financial Reporter) is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in having technical and value-add discussions with clients / internal stakeholders and able to propose innovative solutions to improve business performance - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget - Self-driven achiever, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Demonstrated ability to build strong client and colleague working relationships - Good time management skills, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently - Able to see the "big picture" and think beyond the task at hand and understand how one’s work fits into the broader landscape **Willis Towers Watson is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on any basis.
