Based in our Singapore Office, the Sales Planning and Operations (SP&O) Coordinator is a detailed and process oriented professional able to support the development, implementation, execution, and ongoing fine-tuning of varied aspects of the sales process including product planning, contracting, data entry, reporting, and more across South-East Asia (SEA).

Reporting to the SP&O Managers in the SEA region, in this role you will become a business partner with the SEA Sales team and SP&O regional teams in the execution and achievement of sales strategies and objectives for the SEA market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Operations Support - Be responsible for Sales Operations functions including preparing product availability lists, following through with the sales operations and contract preparation process, capturing and processing amendments, capturing all sales orders and inputs into systems for booking and business tracking.
- Product Management - Become an expert in our product catalogue of TV Series and Feature Films and be responsible for developing accurate product windowing, availabilities and strategies that helps the sales team maximize our products’ commercial exploitation.
- Budgeting and Data Management - Assist Sales and Finance in preparing contracts, budgets and forecasts, and conducting various analysis.
- General Sales Administration - Coordinate with product fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of materials; manage and organize contracts.
- Other ad hoc sales support activities as required.
- Assist the implementation and execution of processes and guidelines for all aspects of the sales planning and operations process.
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Legal or Supply Chain related disciplines.
- Typically 2+ years in a capacity in any of the following fields -accounting, auditing, information systems, engineering, supply chain, sales operations, or business administration or equivalent. New graduates with previous internship experience in the above relevant capacity would be considered as well.
- Knowledge of information systems management, business or sales administration, TV content rights management, and budgeting principles a plus.
- Strong and passionate drive to achieve results and create an environment focused on ongoing improvements in processes, system efficiency and accuracy.
- Detailed and analytical oriented mindset with experience in managing, analyzing and interpreting large data samples in a logical and accurate manner.
- Team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc), Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Experience, exposure or understanding of media/US entertainment industry with a particular focus on programming sales, distribution, and the social media landscape in SEA a plus.
