**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of our operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for devising work plans, handling incident management, and overseeing inventory of cleaning equipment and materials across multiple job sites. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding a team of cleaners to ensure their optimal performance in respective projects.

**Day-To-Day Responsibilities**:
As the Cleaning Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with the following core duties:

- Management: Oversee assigned project sites and supervise the team of cleaners, ensuring all cleaning tasks are efficiently coordinated and carried out.
- Communication: Effectively communicate cleaning responsibilities and assignments to the cleaning crew members, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of work areas cleaned by the crew, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inventory Maintenance: Manage and ensure the proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies at the assigned project site.
- Training and Compliance: Ensure team members are adequately trained to perform their duties according to established standards and guidelines, emphasizing workplace safety and health practices.
- Hands-on Contribution: Demonstrate leadership by actively engaging in regular cleaning duties alongside the crew, thereby upholding the cleanliness of project sites.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of any repair or replacement requirements encountered during operations.
