Responsibilities:

- He / She will lead analytic projects designed to deliver insights into hospital-wide operational and clinical issues of concern and initiate independent programme evaluation projects to help IMH leverage emerging mental health technologies. He/ She will collaborate with an existing team to advance the quality of information derived from clinical databases and develop natural language processing algorithms to structure unstructured datasets. He / She will collaborate with clinicians and management to develop data life cycles geared toward programme evaluation and performance monitoring and lend analytic expertise to clinician-initiated programme evaluation projects.
- The Requirements:

- He / She preferably should have a Masters degree in epidemiology/biostatistics/data science/health informatics with 0-3 years of related professional experience, proficiency in multiple programming languages and have training in OAS, AWS, and R. He / She preferably should have prior experience managing a team and multiple projects, be a good team player and be eager to learn.
