1. CUSTOMER FILE

To collect the relevant documents from the Corporate Banking Team including the Indicative Offer Letter / Invitation letter / Term Sheet / Internal Approval / Loan Agreement (pdf or hard copy) and register customer information accordingly inside Banking System.

2. NEW LOAN / DRAWDOWN

BILATERAL LOAN
- Register new loans on KINS (internal systems), and input the information of guarantors or collaterals if any.
- Upon receipt of Notice of Drawdown, check the requested drawdown amount is within the limit stated in the loan agreement and make ACU memo to inform the Treasury Team.
- On the value date, register the Drawdown and Fees vouchers (if any) on KINS. Upon the approval of the Head of Operation, fix the next interest rate and interest period and check the payment schedule and the maturity date.
- Submit ACU Memo and supporting documents to Internal Auditor to check and sign before filing the documents in the Correspondent file.

SYNDICATION LOANS
- Upon receiving Loan Agreements and Corporate Documents, review the important clauses in the agreement and cross check the completeness of the corporate documents provided against the Condition Precedent / Condition Subsequent schedule of the agreement.
- Register new loans on KINS, and input the information of guarantors or collaterals if any.
- Upon receipt of Notice of Drawdown, check the requested drawdown amount is within the limit stated in the loan agreement and make ACU memo to inform the Treasury Team/Settlement Team.
- On the value date, register the Drawdown, Fees vouchers (if any) on KINS. Upon the approval of the Head of Operation, fix the next interest rate and interest period, check the payment schedule and the maturity date.
- Types of fees to receive and create ACU memo:

- Participation Fees
- Commitment Fees
- Upfront Fees etc
- Submit ACU Memo and supporting documents to Internal Auditor to check and sign before filing the documents in the Correspondent file.

3. INTEREST PAYMENTS
- Before the value date, send Interest Rate Notice to the Borrower and make ACU memo.
- On the value date, generate the voucher on KINS, fix the next interest rate and ensure the payment schedule is correct.
- Submit ACU Memo and supporting documents to Internal Auditor to check and sign before filling the documents in the Correspondent file.

4. OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
- Collect Financial Statements accompanied by the certificate from Borrowers and Guarantor, after the close of Borrower/Guarantor fiscal period. Inform to operation team the receipt of the Financial Statements and update into share folder for receiving.
- Collect Financial Covenants certificates as stipulated in the loan agreement.
- Inform the Corporate Banking Team of any waiver / prepayment / non-compliance with loan agreement etc

5. REPORTS
- Monthly
- Past Due Report
- Exposure reports etc
- Semi-Annually
- MAS Top 100 borrowers

6. OTHER DUTIES
- Prepare and update of policies and procedures, operation manual etc on a regular basis
- Assist in projects or tasks as assigned by Head of Operation from time to time

**REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma/Degree in any related field with hands-on loan processing experience in a maker role
- For Associate: minimum 1 year's work experience in loan processing
- For Senior Associate: minimum 4 years' work experience in loan processing
- Good oral and written English proficiency to liaise with corporate clients and other banks
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented
- Good team player and self-motivated
